About Edgardo
I grew up around business before I started building software for it.
I'm Edgardo Hernández Jr., a founder and product builder from Puerto Rico.
My first real exposure to building with technology came through the gaming world. Around 2020, I started experimenting with programming, game servers, VPS hosting, VPNs, networking, and the technical systems behind online communities. What started as curiosity became a habit of learning by building, breaking, configuring, and fixing things.
Since 2024, I've worked directly with business owners alongside my father, Edgardo Hernández, helping implement the technology and digital infrastructure behind their businesses.
That experience exposed me to real operational problems: leads that need follow-up, registrations that need to work, payments that need to connect, information scattered across tools, processes happening through WhatsApp, and repetitive work that should be automated.
Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in implementing existing tools, but in building the tools themselves.
That evolution led me toward SaaS, AI-powered systems, operational software, and eventually EDERON.
Today
Today, my work sits at the intersection of product, software, business operations, automation, and entrepreneurship.
I continue working directly with business owners while building software products around many of the same operational problems I encounter in the real world.

I'm based in Puerto Rico and building from here. Local context matters: service businesses, operational constraints, and the need for software that is practical rather than theatrical.
What I'm learning
Alongside building products and EDERON, I'm studying Computer Engineering. I treat product work and technical study as complementary—shipping sharpens judgment, and fundamentals deepen what I can build.
